After using WordPress for a few weeks, you may observe that there are some widgets on the post edit screen that you do not use at all. For example, I do not use “Post Type” option. How to Reorder Posts in WordPress and WooCommerce
Another way to reorder products in WooCommerce is to change the custom meta “menu order” field. If you click on your product, under the “Advanced” tab, you can assign a product a menu order such as 0, 1, 2, 3, 4. This would then reflect in the dashboard and the frontend of your shop. You can also use negative numbers. So for example, if you have a product that you want to appear at the top and you already have previously assigned menu orders, you could use -1 or -2. Some themes will also have menu orders available to change within custom post types.
To rearrange these boxes one can move them to the right column, which is fine, but if move them all to the right column and then decide to move some of them back you cannot do it. The drag-and-drop stops working. You need to have at least one box at the bottom of the post to be able to move the boxes back to there.
